Peter Ajello : DIET KETAT nya membuat PERUBAHAN DRASTIS gan !


After surviving a diabetic stroke, Peter Ajello decided to lose weight, as his doctors clearly explained to the man that there wouldn�t be a next time. He weighed 450 pounds, could barely walk around the block, was wearing a 5XL T-shirt and 56-sized pants. But in just 6 months he lost 157 pounds on a TRU Chocolates diet. Of course, he spent much time in the gym, combining proper nutrition, exercise and determination, and had a 15,000 dollar bet with his friends who couldn�t believe that Peter would reject pizzas, donuts and chicken wings.
